WOOHOO!!!! My last day of detox....can't wait to be able to eat meat again. I feel awesome and am very excited to be able to weight in very soon...very nervous though! I am still going to eat just like I have been, but going to add in the meat. I have found that it is getting alot easier to eat the right things and don't crave the bad stuff as much anymore. That makes me very happy!!! Would like to thank all of you who have given encouragement through out Phase I don't know if I would have made it with out you guys! So just wondering if anyone knows if you can grill meat instead of broil it all the time? That is one thing that our family loves to do year round is grill on the BBQ....I don't think there is much difference, but wanted to get others opinions. Wishing everyone the best!

Yes you can grill meat, skinless of course. It tells you in the book that you can eat your foods grilled, steamed, baked or raw. Your right each day it does get alittle easier to make the right choices. Well, sounds like your doing great. Keep smashing!

Great job - don't be nervous about weighing in! Feelin' good?? Then who cares what the scale says - I'm sure it will be good to you, though.
