Yesterday my calories was just a bit over 1200 I had a meal replacement shake for breakfast lunch was greek salad an one crumbed chicken fillet and dinner was 270grams of lamb chop die boud tjoppie. And 2.5liters of soda water cant drink regular water must be sparkling or soda water

Sometimes I do vegetables or salad but mostley its just meat even if you not mobile that calorie intake is very low I really think u must up it coz ur body might think ur starving
