Hey I think I figured it out........LOL......
Exercise.....even if it is only walking...6-8 glasses of water a day...cut out as many processed items from your diet as you can...cut back on the carbs.. and try to eliminate sugar...Splenda is a good replacement...don't eat after 7 at night...switch to herbal teas (no caffine) diet pop should be limited to 3 a week...great attitude helps immensley (picture yourself the way you want to be) make a list of pros and cons for your weight loss...I bet the list is empty for cons LOL...Find a diet buddy...find fibre rich sources to help with the carb count..And keep on smilin......

Okay, then, I'll give it another try. I've fallen off the wagon for almost 2 weeks, and I tell you what, that tired bloated old feelings back. So, here we go again for another try. It's like smoking it took me a few tries before I made it.
