My weight is up a little but still in the 206's so not bad. We were out late last night and DH said he would take daughter and me to Red Robin. So we went and I allowed myself 10 steak fries. I have to say that I enjoyed the ranch dressing more than the fries. I had no trouble stopping at 10 and felt satisfied. I did not go over too much on my carbs or calories. I expected a slight increase in weight, but still showing a trace of ketosis this morning so ALL is well.

I have a pork roast in the crock pot, and will have that for dinner tonight, and maybe even some for lunch.

Not a lot going on this weekend which is good...the less we are out and about the better I do.

The Navy Recruiter said that the Army Recruiter has been over bugging him about the daughter and being a 'douche bag' and also said that he was violating some HIPA laws in the process...so he was not very pleased with the guy and we hope the guy does not try to screw things up for her. Please continue to send positive thoughts and prayers in her direction. She currently has a background packet that we are filling out and when she returns that then they will send her file to MEPS for initial review.
