I am starting my challenge today. I am glad it is about our attitude and the psychology of it all. Losing weight is easy if you have the right mental attitude. And it is so easily lost and we fall down the slippery slope of tomorrow I'll eat healthily. So I am confident that this is a good start and I will lose the ten pounds I so want to lose to be healthier! Thank you for doing this challenge. I look forward to talking to others about how we are doing.
