need to add more protien to my diet reduce my carbs and fats. I also need more fiber. This is so frustrating. I have reduced my calories to 1600-1700 now I don't know hat else to do. I dont even have carbs in my dient but all theprotein shakes, fruits and vegetable I eat are filled with carbs and fats!
