day 357..gooooooood morningggg fs buddies!!!!!!..im wakin up to 61 outside this morning...as you might of noticed i switched off of atkins and bck to my own eating plan....yes i lost 4-7 pounds in the month that i was on atkins, and i learned alot in that month that hopefully i can apply what i learned to help me keep my carbs down better this next 66 pounds...and to me thats what all of this is about...learning to help yourself to achieve your goals..my sinuses are alot better today and im gettin ready for my morning walk, which i am going to add a few more blocks onto this morning and the rest of the week..not sure how far it is, but im guessin it should be close to 4 miles..havent drove the route to see yet..i just know that as i add the blocks on, thats giving my body a better workout, and hopefully when im tired, that will burn more calories and i will get better results..my may deadline that i had set is fast approaching and im not going to make it....gonna have to reset that, but as long as the weight comes off an stays off...thats really all that matters...... everyone have a great day!!!!
addon..did my walk this morning, then at gym did 20 min on recumbant bike hill program resistance of 6...did 30 on treadmill hill program and resistance of 15....

WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!! 6. I AM WALKING THE WEIGHT OFF !!!!!!! 7. I'M DOING GREAT!!!!..WITH 66 POUNDS OFF, NOW I AM REFOCUSING TO WORK THE NEXT 66 POUNDS OFF!!! 8.
