Well I got on the scale just so that I could see where I am and I am still steady..no change up or down....that is great! I am very happy that I am able to maintain where I am at! Now if I can just get back in the gym...I know I keep saying it and I should just do it, but things have been so crazy with work that I just haven't had the time....then by the time I get home from work I am too tired to do anything....it has just been kind of strange! I guess as long as I am maintaining and not gaining I shouldn't be so hard on my self! I am very please with the way I am looking, with the exception of the fact that I need to tone up, but that will come this winter, will have more time for the gym for sure!
My eating today: Breakfast: Grapefruit Meal #2: Smoothie Meal #3: going to lunch with a co-worker, Mexican food, they have a great veggie burrito, beans, rice and veggies, so that is what I am planning on having, it probably isn't completely right for the diet, but it will have to do. Meal #4: Brown Rice and sauteed veggies
