I had dinner by a friend yesterday night. I did well. There was punmpkin cream, baked potatoes, meatballs in tomato sauce, hummus. The only "out of diet" thing was a fruit juice. It tasted so darn good, after 4 months without any. In the past few days I felt like eating fruit very badly. I will phone my family doctor and ask whether I can start eating some again. My body did not react so well to fruit, but it tasted delicious.
I weighted in and I could not believe it. 55.3kg. It's has about 5 years since last time I have seen that number on the scale. I will try again in a few minutes, then if it stays the same I will register it.
I am supposed to go hiking in 2 hours with some friends. Did not check yet about the weather, I hope it's not too cold. Yesterday it was -5C, so not bad.
I had a nice evening with my friends, we were super relaxed and had fun. Nothing special happened, our mood was super good.
Tomorrow I am going for lunch by some Italian friends. The meal is ok for my diet, I have to try to resist the cake and the cookies. I hope I can either avoid them or at least eat only a little bit. It's going to be "pizzoccheri" a special kind of pasta from northern italy, dressed with potatoes, cheese and broth. It's going to be delicious!! :)
