first weigh in tomorrow. I don't seem to be able to reach KCal and its frustrating me. I also don't seem to understand my detailed reports I print out daily for my personal preference. I want to cut carbs drastically I LOVE PASTA ECT.so I am not eating any at this time. instead I had Zoodle noodles. I am aiming for 1200 cals. so it is what? in Grams and each Gram = 4 calories so- 52.79 carbs= grams? seems HIGH to me? can anyone explain how I read this please? fat=78.6 sugar seemed high at 15.99 Sodium looked off charts to me at 2481.66.

How were the zoodle noodles? Did you sauce them? Sauces can be troublesome. Could be a real source of high sodium.

You did well!!! Maybe check how much sauce you used. What you entered looked like a tablespoon or so. If you want to cut carbs you should probably think about eliminating the sugar you add to your coffee. Is there anything you can replace it with? Different foods have different amount of calories. Leave the calorie counting to fat secret just weigh and measure your food accurately. You are fine. Keep adjusting

the zoodles was delicious, sautéed in evoo with garlic and Italian spice. and sautéed grape tomatoes.

Each gram of carbs or protein is 4 calories. Each gram of fat is 9 calories. You might consider doing a little homework on basic nutrition so that it might make this whole process easier for you to understand.

it was a home made sauce from tomatoes. and only about a teaspoon. and for sugar replacement in coffee I'm going back to cocoa nut oil. I only use Himalayan salt and VERY little at that. I have had the same 13 oz grinder for over a yr. 1/4 of it still left. sorry if I am rambling, I really Need to lose this weight.
