! i had a very good weekend. I passed up the celebratory chocolate, chocolate cake at church! sweets are my downfall, but now I feel in control! yeah! for the second challenge, my pic on my poster is me in a bathing suit after I had lost 12 lbs on weight watchers. I was so proud of myself then. I lost and gained many pounds since that pic, but that was one of my defining moments that i could do it!
