Okay, it's been almost a year since my last weigh-in. I've quit TOPS because I was embarrassed with my weight gains and tired of starving myself to try to maintain.

Had 3 gallstone attacks (one really bad one), my thyroid is out of whack and I'm on Synthroid, and the ultrasound shows that I have a "fatty liver". I don't know what all this means, but I've gained 30 lbs and I'm not very happy at all!

Been researching on WebMD, Oprah and Dr. Oz websites. Plus all those sidetrackings that really can go into left field as far as losing weight. I almost decided on Quantum Wellness Cleanse, but my husband is really a meat-lover and the 21 days on Quantum would kill him.

So I've decided to try 20 days on the Plan. Only a 3 day cleanse and then 17 days of finding the foods that help me lose weight and avoiding or moderating the foods that I know will make me gain.

This is a desperate move for me. I will give the Plan my 100%.
