Had a great time at my family reunion this past weekend. I think I did an okay job with eating. I didn't overdo it. It felt like it was over 100 degrees in south Georgia! I was sweating all day...lol. I was proud of myself for getting up on Saturday morning before the cookout to do C25K. I can do this!
