Weighed myself this morning and I was down 2.8 kg - early days but I am happy. I don't want to log my drop now - but rather want to try and check my weight on Thursday's but record only on Monday's. That way I keep myself a bit more accountable and have seen that this minimizes the chance that I cheat or go off plan.
Anyone else out there that also needs to keep themselves in check a bit more regularly than the recommended "one a week" weigh-in?
