Great day. We went out lastnight and I did drink some Lower Carb Beer but my weight was down a tad this morning. That may not be the case tomorrow morning. My carbs are not over...lots of fiber today....calories not bad, BUT sodium higher than I would like. It is 6:13pm and I need to drink a LOT of water in the next 4 hours.

Oh and DH looked at carbs all day when we were out...he said that he is getting his 'head wrapped around' the lower carbs and that he may start after Tuesday. Why after Tuesday, you ask? Because he said that if daughter passes physical and swears in then he wants to take her out (oh yeah it was changed from Monday to Tuesday).
