healthnutmom's Logboek, 24 jul 10

I started P90X this past Monday after 1 1/2 years of taebo and counting Weight Watcher points, though I never attended meetings.. I lost 32 lbs. and was on a plateau for 9 months. Now, I feel like I'm getting somewhere. I can see changes in my body already. I will say that you must be ready for P90X! I was wondering if any of you have experienced going from Weight Watchers to another diet. The P90X nutrition plan has me eating more than I'm used to and I'm afraid to eat that much!
