Hi Star! I am sure that some of that is water weight gain anyway. Well you have to look down the road and realize that things will settle back down again soon.

Thanks Ellie....Overdid again today with a friend and did not spray today so I will have to start over tomorrow. Hopefully I will get back down below 160 again to finish up this half round and then I will take phase 3 off. I have tentative plans to be on vacation the 2nd week of august and so I want to give myself a week or so to hopefully stabilize and then I can eat atkins style while on vacation.
Not sure what my plans on timing look like for my next round. I will have to see what events are coming up as we get closer to the holidays things get a bit dicey with temptations all around.
