Gained a couple of pounds this week because my husband had a birthday and so I had stuff over the weekend. Back on track today eating yummy green beans and cherries and a sandwich. Oprah cut out bread but so far I am not cutting out wheat like she has...i would like to try. i am sure i would lose more if i did...
