Went on vacation last weekend of June and had kind of slacked off that whole month anyway. Result when I got back was that I was back up to 146. Too much sugar and carbs and food in general. Anyway, did a couple of 16 hour fast days and kept a draconian eye on my sugar intake. Almost back down to where I was in May, just 1.5 lb away, so am feeling much better again. I did notice that when I let myself have "free range" to sugar, I experienced worsening depression, bowel troubles and extreme exhaustion, which have corrected themselves again. Clearly for me, proper nutrition is key.
