I got into the same trap last nite as I said I wouldn't do and that is stop counting calories after 6 pm! I don't totally go bananas, but now that I am not eating cookies, candy or ice cream, I have found that eating cereal is my new treat. It is pretty good at filling me up, but last night I had a fruit and vodka in the blender. Then I saw the chips to go with it. Just write down your day, Mary, and that's it. It is so simple, why am I making it hard? I did have green beans for a snack yesterday, so a pat on the back for that! I did lose another half pound so keep up the good work, mary. I love you no matter what.
