yaas! I'll take it! #steady i went to a bday celebration last night at a hibachi and it was after 8... although I had nothing but veggies and chicken salmon which was amazing by the way and an alcoholic drink and sake lol I still managed to come home and do an intense workout for 1hour. I left whatever I thought I gained on the floor last night. but it showed me that I can workout like that at home (not that I thought I couldn't, but there is always something holding me back and I know it's nothing but me holding me back). last night was the start of me taking it up a notch! I know I can achieve any goal! I just gotta remember that this is what I want and let that speak louder than any hinderance, or any obstacle to over eat or sabotage in any way.
