went a bit over 1500 cals this day as i have been sick and prettyn much havn t eaten much in several days....so...will workout with my new dvd boot camp..later after dinner..and do 100 crunches and some stretching as well...worried as to what is going to happen when I see the nuero surgeon this upcoming Tuesday as if I need surgery again, it will be yet another set back...>.<
