Had hoped to get to 145 for vacation... but instead, the scale is hovering between 146-147. Frustrating.
This may be good, as it will keep my eye on what I am doing during vacation instead of going off the rails all at once.
I have 2 weeks of hiking and camping in store, with a lot of sitting in the car at the beginning and end... hoping to maintain or gain just a few pounds, not 10.
