Don't laugh, but for the first time since I can remember, I'm wearing a tight long sleeved top and fairly fitted jeans and my golly gosh, I took my own breath away when I looked in the mirror this morning! I can't help but look at my own reflection in every thing that reflects today!
3rd day with the BEAN (http://www.bean.com) and I am still trying to sell everyone I meet one becaue I love it so much! Did the 30 minute total body buster yesterday and it was very tiring (and because I have no co-ordination, to outsiders looking in, I must have looked like a complete ass!) but invigorating at the same time!
Right, back to work for me! See you skinny ladies later!

Whoo hoo, you go girl. Isn't it great to be able to wear clothes that flatter your body? :) You should totally appreciate your appearance --you earned it with all your hard work on this diet. You've made amazing progress already. Congratulations!

You are doing soooo great! You sound so happy and I am happy for you! You've come a long way and are so close to your goal that you could reach out and touch it! Congrats. Oh, I checked the Bean out ... thanks for posting the website ... looks like fun!

Haha, I just get disappointed when I look in the mirror. My head still has the body image of me in high school, so when I see my post baby body I'm like, "No, that's not me! It's a circus mirror!"
Yay for clothes that look good! I used to be able to hide under hoodies and layers of clothes, but not here in Hawaii! You're doing so well Chants!!

Good job! I'm glad that you've gained so much confidence! I have a BEAN too, I've had it for several years, but I never use it for some reason. I lost all of the instructional stuff that came with it.
