Yall, I'm so glad to be back logging. I didn't completely disappear from commenting and such on y'all's post, but I did stop logging, posting, and weighing in. I'm really enjoying being back to my "diet" (better lifestyle choices).
I went out with a friend today for a lunch date and although her 1100 calorie pasta looked great, I enjoyed my salad and grilled margarita chicken with steamed broccoli. I'm excited to get back to my meal prep too!
