marlajune's Logboek, 10 feb 13

So much to do and not enough time to do it in! The exercise journal is kind of incomplete. I don't "rest" for the time they say. I wish I did "rest" more. Lately it's run run run. How do I enter all the stuff I do when it isn't in the list and I have no clue how much energy/calories I'm burning! And I forget half the stuff I do when is sit down at times...Oh well. The weight is dropping and that's what counts. The calender is a guideline I guess, to remind me to get busy on the days when I'm not and keep track of my calories. This is my free day to eat whatever I want but it's tough when you are not used to stuffing yourself! :) I'll eat cheese or something I don't normally eat I guess! Ha!
