Today I start Sabrina's Own Diet.
I didnt think this weekend was going to jump my numbers up but it did
starting today I am geating fruits Veggies, and meat, sprinkled in will be some carbs from typical carb culprits, one packet of instant oatmeal and then later in the day wheat thins. i just am going to let my weight be what it is.... but I want to feel better, feel sexier and feel more ALIVE.
