HAPPY TUESDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!....day 378...and even though i wanted to roll over an get alittle more sleep again today...im up an just finishing off my protein shake an breakfast and waitin on it to wake me up and get me ready for my morning walk....cut grass yesterday again...was one of those it was hard to see when you were cuttin it, but it looked so much nicer when you got done...was really surprised i was down a pound yesterday as friday when i weighed in...scales didnt act like they was headed down at all...and then i took those 2 days off and didnt really expect a drop...guess eating the ice cream is what did it...lol...not really sure what did it...but glad....and if you go bck an look in my journal you wont find it...as i usually have the ice cream right before bedtime...and dont think to add it the next day when i get bck on...lol...well im gettin in the mood for that morning walk and then my gym workouts...so hope you all have a great day..

addon...first time i been bck on the puter since early this morning been on the go all day....did my monring walk, then my gym workout...went to store...an one of my friends needed help drivin a truck bck from car lot..so went with him to be a driver...stopped at mc dees for lunch...i had the asian salad with grilled chicken an a chocolate shake...yeah had to enjoy lunch...lol...just got home about half hour ago...an finishing up work i was plannin on doing today...o well...thers always tomow to catch up the odds an ends....

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
2. I AM FIRST !!!!!
3. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
4. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
5. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
6. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
7. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. TAKING DAYS OFF ARE GOOD, GIVES MY BODY TIME TO HEAL FROM THE WORKOUTS !!!!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
10. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
11. VISUALIZE YOURSLF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!

Have a great day good job on the loss:) must have been the grass cutting its amazing what working up a sweat while not noticing it... does wonders!
