cocobutt's Logboek, 29 jul 10

Starting off the day with 10 minutes of step aero and dumbbells. My house is small so I have to work out in the living room. Worked up a sweat and it does feel like I cleared some cobwebs out of my head. Maybe that will energize my work day. I'm going to monitor this and see how it goes.

1:39pm Oh man, I am missing my coffee buzz. I am still feeling so fatigued and sleepy right after lunch. I just had another cup of green tea. Maybe that will help.

Yesterday, I actually had my first encounter with someone who hadn't seen me in a month and they noticed I had lost weight. I know it's vain, but glad it's finally noticeable. And my hubby called me Baggy Pants today. I need to get some new clothes, but I hate to spend money on an "interim" wardrobe. I know I'm going to drop another 8 to 10 in a month or so.
