Really a badly the past few days. Lots of sugar and lots of carbs. Sa reflected on the scale with a jumping to 179. Luckily I was outside doing stairs and a lotta outside work yesterday as I've been doing all summer and guess what, the scale drop back down to 175! Back on the good food wagon this week. Getting ready for vacation on Saturday!
