kennydigital's Logboek, 18 jun 08

I usually eat breakfast at 6 (bunch of fiber) followed by a sandwich (meats, cheese, light mayo) at 8 and another at 10. I realized my sandwiches were probably not good for me although it kept me from eating a big lunch. I have substituted my sandwiches for fruit (cherries, rasberries, salads) and something small for lunch. I feel great and more energized with the fruits and salads. Now, I have to work on something other than the elliptical as my body won't sweat as much as it did. I guess my body as become use to this routine!! But I am determined to get to my 190 goal very soon.
