Things are going a lot better! I'm working my butt off at the gym and concentrating on eating right for the most part! Today will be day 3 at the gym this week and that is going great! I am very pleased with how hard I have been working! Can't wait to weigh in this weekend. Eating is going good too...have had a few slip ups, but oh well, I am following about 98%! This weekend we have a softball tournament so that will be great exercise and I am going to pack all my food so that I am not messing up that part! I did get on the scale this morning to see where I am at right now and I am back down to 157...YAH HOO!!! I am very excited. I will post me weight when I weigh in next week though, I am pushing to get back down to at least 155!! Then 10 more after that and I will be at my goal!
Today's meals: Breakfast ~ yogurt & grapefruit Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat dressing Dinner ~ not sure yet, need to think of something creative!!! snacks ~ fruit and veggies
Have softball tonight so along with the gym at lunch today it will be a great work out!
