You might have to give it a few weeks on the plan to see a differenc. When switching over from a low carb plan to the flex plan, you start eating a lot more carbs and that can show up on the scale. You might think of easing in to the plan with core. Core allows you to eat lean protein, fruits and vegetables (and other foods). Plus you get 35 points to eat for treats.
