Oneā€™s weight varies so much from one day to next. I weigh myself every morning just after getting up.

I weigh in on a Monday and a Friday and I'm thinking of cutting that to once a week. I need to see a more overall loss pattern and weighing in every day I'd likely not see that.

I found weighing myself soul destroying as my weigh varied from day to day. I got down about it. I went to once a week at the same time of day and found it much better as I could see a progression.

Yes its best to wait at least 3 days before weighing again to see continuous progress

I weigh on Saturday morning (treat day) Whatever the scales say I still have my treat day because it keeps me motivated
