Ok, so I sucked at the party. I had too many drinks at about 100kcal each and party food. I ate a brownie and a piece of cheesecake. I could have done without the sweets, but oh well. It was one night and I am not going to beat myself up about special occasions. Back on track today and I did great. Kept the calories a little lower to make up for it and may try to get a little elliptical in tomorrow.
