well tomorrow is my 1st weigh in and I'm not really happ as I think I GAINED 4/5 LBS! I know I'm new & this is going to be a very big struggle for me but damn, I have to make this work! I know what I need to do but DONT! and I dont know why? do I not think that highly of myself or did I just not hit rock bottom as they say. something has to give.
