WEIGH-IN & MEASUREMENT DAY!!
So it's only about noon & I finally got to it ; p Now I compared these measurements to my June 25th & July 19th measurements (the 19th weren't recorded in my journal). I have the pleausre to report that I am quite happy w/ my results & that even when I hit that bump in the road pretty hard, I was able to recover quite nicely.
Here are the 3 comparisons. I wish I could put them side-by-side.

I'll take those numbers, esp the differences from July in just 13 DAYS!! I'm happy & that's what matters!! My hard work IS paying off & I just need to stick w/ it & keep raising the level of intensity.
Today I have workout #3 of wk 3 C25K. I'm actually not looking forward to it b/c of how sore my legs are, esp my calves, but I'll push through it as well as the additional 37 mins on the treadmill that I'm trying not to talk myself out of right now! ; p
