I am pleased with my last weeks results...now if I can just stick with it! I feel like I am doing great on exercising and ok on the eating part...but I really need to concentrate on drinking more WATER!!! I really don't drink anything but water, just not enough of it!!! Need to focus on that!!! This weekend went ok..the exercise part went great, just not the eating! Played ball on Sat all day long and that was wonderful...defiantly felt it on Sunday!!! Took a relax day yesterday for the most part, but will be back in the gym today! I didn't stick to the eating part as good as I wanted too this weekend, but I did so-so! I also had a couple adult beverages thought out the whole weekend..not bad though! I am happy for my loss and am going to concentrate on losing another 5 this week! WISH ME LUCK!!!
Food for the day: Breakfast: Peach Yogurt & Grapefruit Lunch: Salad w/ low fat dressing Dinner: Grilled Chicken and brown rice snacks: If needed will be a pear DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! So far today I am at 32oz and it is only 9:30! Good for me!!!
