Hello September! Hello Motivational Monday! Happy Labour Day! Are you feeling fantastic??? My August was topsy-turvy (including weird allergic reaction) - I can walk SO much more & faster (from 2/mph to almost 3/mph now), will hit being able to walk 5km/3 miles probably this week! Scale didn't budge much (5.4 pounds for the month); I did eat more along with more activity so that's on me. Lost 2 inches on waist! Small progress is still progress :) Join me for a 6-week Thanksgiving Challenge!!!! Starts TODAY: What do you want to accomplish this fall?? Sept update: Total lost 71.0 pounds; Waist: 47.5 inches (-2 in Aug) Let's GOOOO!!!!!! Woohoooo :)

Hello fellow Liv! My overall goal is creating a good health routine: regular sleep & workout/cardio times, more meal prep/planning. Use non food ways to deal with stress/anxieties. Basically, bring all the tools together! Get myself set for the winter, as I tend to do less & eat more. I want an active, fit winter season this time!!!! :)
