I'm pscho! I need some motivation and some guidance. I can't seem to figure out the diet plan for me. I wish there was a diet that allowed me to sit around eating whatever I wanted and still lose large amounts of weight! Augh!!!!!!! Let's see if I can try this again and be succesful! Wish me luck!
