So, I survived the weekend. I usually slip up big time on weekends, but was able to still eat fairly well this weekend. It was not as low calorie as I would have liked, but atleast I indulged in healthy home made salads. I made the Stuffed Mushrooms from the TSFL Cookbook, and let me say they were SUPER DELICIOUS. I used those same ingredients, minus a few things, to make a salad and that was EVEN BETTER. It is now my favorite salad. Even my sis n law loved it and wants me to make it for our upcoming cookout at my inlaws. Well, there ya go. I am in love with food in a healthy way now and I am excited about trying different herbs and ingredients to keep me and my husband on the weight loss path. I even tried boxing yesterday. Looking forward to another fabulous week. I am off of work today...work two days...then have a department picnic to go to on Thursday and back to the weekend...ahhh feels so good. Not to mention that my 4 year marriage anniversary is 17 days away!
