Surgery yesterday on my back. I overate on my carbs: two french vanilla creamers in my coffee and 20 saltine crackers. wa wa wa Carbs turn into glucose. French vanilla creamers and sugar are glucose. It takes three days for your liver to get rid of all the glucose to get into ketosis. That's how I screwed up. Now I've got to spend three days working on getting back into ketosis.

Don't beat yourself up, it takes awhile to change anything, including your WOE. I use heavy whipping cream in my coffee, and have dried cream powder I take when I travel.

Sorry about the surgery. Hope it went well. It would stress your body a bit and you need to heal and breath. Do not let a few small things get in your head that much. It is a long long road and we do not walk on it straight. Take care!!!

thanks guys, I'm trying not to stress. appreciate the encouragement! everything went well with the surgery. lots of pain. lots of meds LOL I'll get there.
