Sooooo...I decided that I was driving myself nuts with weighing myself everyday, and I havent been good with keeping my food recorded. So, I'm trying to settle myself in and start again with recording. No loss to speak of this week, but I blame that mostly on "Aunt Flo" since she's been visiting this week. Not bad to just have a 0.4 lb. gain after all that.
