As an early workout person i can tell you the first couple of weeks are rough...but after that it has become routine. Been at it now 8.5 momths and have missed only a few due to kids but got right back at it. Pretty soon it will be lighter in the morning and that makes a huge differennce. You got this! ....but step away from the donut :)

Thx! The days I've worked out in the morning has been really nice in the evening when I just have to make supper then hang with the family before bed and that makes it worth getting up earlier. Hope it doesn't take too long to make it a habit. I was envisioning some early morning walks when it is light out. Can't wait for that, I know it will make a difference. Eggs. . . I am going to make me eggs for breakfast, no more donuts!! :)
