AFter those 6 ccc's (chocolate chip cookies) I didn't eat for a long long time until I got very hungry again and had a little dinner before I went to bed. Having a meal triggers wanting a dessert because I guess i get low blood sugar at first from it. If I wait a while it balances out so I feel fine. So if I have some oj or vpower juice with my meal, I think that helps. A disturber happened today, out tenants gave unexpected notice because the wife lost her job. Fortunately, I don't have access to money or cards because I would have run right out and bought some more cookies, I swear to God. Every time I eat yogurt I get a headache, but that is all there is to snack on. I guess that is good. No good feeling for eating a yogurt, then I won't eat more than one.My one positive thing that happened today, my knee felt good enough that I did my hour of dancercise!
