This one of my favorite pre-workout breakfast. Golean cereal, mixed berries and Premier Protein shake instead of milk. Yesterday I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.2% and is more than 1% out of range... Lift Day!!!

John, that's eerily similiar to my standard pre-workout day breakfasts. Multi grain cheerios, 1% milk, banana and protein shake (vanilla mixed with H2O). Protein for recovery, banana and cheerios for energy. Hope your day and weekend go well!!
