I have more or less stuck to my resolve and cut back on my carbs although I have found it difficult to keep it below 20grams. I have got up early and worked out on my wii fit each weekday morning. I have been to aqua-fit twice and have managed to lose 5 pounds so I am really pleased. I have booked and paid to go to aqua-fit twice next week so that way I will be more likely to go. I am going to give the exercise a rest over the weekend but am determined to start again on Monday morning. I am looking forward to losing more weight and toning up next week :-)
