I'm still way out of shape and sore from these killer workouts. However, for as much as I want to press pause on the dvd, I really want the body I've never had. It's not worth cheating!
I know this weight that is falling off this week is probably water weight, so I'm not that excited yet. I need to hide away my scale for the next few days, so I can see weekly results instead of daily updates.
I have my physical fitness test coming up on Aug 18, so I'm hoping to drop at least 1-2 inches off my waist and maybe 2-3 lbs by then. If I score above 90%, I won't have to test for another year, so more incentive to keep working out until then!
I made the best smoothie ever! Mango, peaches, strawberry, blueberry and pineapple. Add a scoop of Wheybolic 60 protein powder, a scoop of creatine and a cup of milk! I used frozen fruit, minus the pineapple, and didn't have to add any ice. It was fruity and amazingly smooth!
