Anonb's Logboek, 06 okt 19

I have yoyo-ed most of my adult life, but I really feel this time it'll be long term. I've been in maintenance for a while, and have kept my weight down with very little effort. Some changes that have really helped:
1. Side plates instead of the standard large plates make portions look fuller.
2. Thin versions of bread, turkey bacon, etc. cuts kcals as much as half while still keeping a full looking plate.
3. Extra cuts in food prep (e.g. apples into 16 slices rather than 4) means it takes longer to consume and makes me feel like I ate more.
4. Water.
5. Still enjoying foods I love, but at a good portion.
6. PROTIEN! I was 100% not getting enough!
7. Having a fitness buddy.
