Today is Monday, and I was able to walk [a short distance] I don't want to push it with my blister, or it may take another week to heal!
Am doing good [so far] as far as food goes... Eating mostly veggies...
Have started eating fish fillet as snack in morning... it adds to my protein tally as well as giving my stomach something to work on digesting... Plus I LIKE IT!
Back to work today; am not looking forward to this week... [though not more so than any other week...] I just need a new perspective as far as my job goes. Same old shit!
Had back/neck muscle spasms yesterday afternoon... went to bed early [took muscle relaxant, but it didn't really help right away...] I feel okay this morning, though...
Here's to a well planned and executed day full of productive changes.
Organizing is proving to be relatively easy and somewhat fun! I still have SO MUCH TO DO! [But this is my first actual day following a schedule...] Got quite a bit done over the weekend... dividing projects into 'zones' really helped me!
